The BiClamp 200. The instrument has been modified in the meantime and different models are available, for example, a smaller model for thyroid surgery, and a larger one for vaginal surgery and laparotomy with a rippled surface and ceramic elements on the coagulation plane to grasp the tissue better. Instruments are also now available with a ceramic cover on the coagulation jaws for better cleaning and for prolonging the life of these reusable instruments
